Welcome to CAPABILITY-TB Timebank

The Capability Time Bank is a service exchange system based on reciprocity in which hours are the currency. Instead of paying or being paid for services, a person with one skill set can bank and trade hours of work for equal hours of work in another skill set through Time Banking. Regardless of the services given, the hours banked are always swapped equally. This equality is meant to strengthen community relationships while also encouraging equality within communities by valuing all efforts equally.
